When you book or contact us we process your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, hotel and any notes you provide – solely to fulfil your booking and stay in touch.

2. Retention

Booking data is kept for 1 year after your program, then deleted. We do not send newsletters and never share your data with third parties.

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. No tracking or marketing cookies.

4. Your rights
