Terms and Conditions

1. The provider

Dives and courses offered on buvarkodas-hurghada.com are organised by the Búvárkodás Hurghada team in Hurghada, Egypt. Contact: info@buvarkodas-hurghada.com, WhatsApp: +20 104 318 5274.

2. Booking

Bookings made on the website or WhatsApp are free with no deposit and become final upon our confirmation. Participation requires a completed medical statement on site and meeting the conditions listed for the given program.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include the services listed in the program description. Payment is on site in cash (EUR, USD, EGP) or by card. Confirmed bookings keep their price even if prices change later.

4. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled or changed free of charge until the day before departure via WhatsApp. If the port authority suspends sailing due to weather, we offer a new date or a free cancellation.

5. Safety rules

All dives follow international SSI/PADI standards. Participants must follow the briefing, respect the 18–24 hour no-fly rule and stay within their certification depth limits. Diving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Dive insurance is provided for the duration of the dives; we also recommend travel insurance that covers scuba diving.
