Got your Open Water certification and hungry for more? That is exactly what the Advanced course is about: not another classroom marathon but five real adventure dives, each one trying something new. The Red Sea is the perfect playground – deep walls, a wreck and drift reefs, all a short boat ride from Hurghada.
Two dives are mandatory: the deep dive, which extends your limit to 30 metres, and underwater navigation, after which you will finally know where the boat is. The other three we choose together – perfect buoyancy, the El Mina wreck, night and drift dives are the favourites. Every dive comes with a thorough briefing, and our instructors certify in both SSI and PADI at the same price.
The course takes just 2 days – two boat days with 2–3 dives each – so it fits easily into a holiday. Everything is included: materials, equipment, all 5 dives, lunches on the boat, hotel transfers and the certification fee. You finish with a lifetime certification valid to 30 metres.
Who is it for?
Any certified diver from age 12 who wants to go deeper, dive more confidently and see more varied sites after OWD (or equivalent). You can start right after finishing your OWD.

Your day, step by step
- Day 1Deep dive and navigation
Boat day: a short briefing, then the deep dive to 30 metres along the Small Giftun wall – watching how colours and pressure effects change. In the afternoon, a navigation dive with compass and natural references.
- Day 2Your chosen adventure dives
Another boat day with 2–3 elective dives: perfect buoyancy, the El Mina wreck or a drift dive at Carless Reef. A night dive can be arranged on request.
- Day 2 – afternoonCertification
No final exam – each dive comes with a short knowledge review. After the last dive we issue your digital Advanced card. From now on you dive to 30 metres.

Safety
The deep dive is built up gradually under your instructor's direct supervision, with a spare air source at the safety stop. Every adventure dive starts with a detailed briefing.

Frequently asked questions
An Open Water Diver certification from any agency (SSI, PADI, CMAS etc.) and a minimum age of 12. You can continue the day after finishing your OWD with us – many students do exactly that, earning two certifications in one week.
Just 2 days: two boat days with 2–3 dives each, between 08:00 and 16:00. There is no long classroom part – you cover the short e-learning at home or in the evening, and the real learning happens in the water.
To 30 metres, anywhere in the world. That unlocks most famous dive sites – deeper walls, big-fish spots and a large share of the best wrecks. If you want to go further, our Deep specialty extends this to 40 metres.
Whichever you prefer: the SSI Advanced Adventurer and the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver are equivalent, both accepted worldwide, and the price is the same with us. You can pick either one regardless of which agency issued your OWD.
Deep and navigation are mandatory; the remaining three we match to your interests. We recommend perfect buoyancy to almost everyone because it improves every future dive; alongside it, the El Mina wreck dive plus a drift or night dive is the most popular combination.
Most divers continue with the Rescue Diver course (€500) – which many call the best course of all. If depth or wrecks hooked you, the Deep (40 m) and Wreck specialties (€180 each) are the logical next steps, and Nitrox fits in at any point.
